Made an appointment that was 71 minutes out and was told by the app be there at 1:26 I'm still waiting and writing this review at 2:00. The screen says i still have a 20 minute wait. What the point of using the app if they don't even keep up with it.

This location needs to stay open longer during the summer… The reason great clips gets way more business is because they’re more open to repeat customers… When you get there a minute before 8 and they’ve already close the till… It’s really a parent that they’re not interested in more business.

Arrived at shop at 9:58, open at 10:00 I couldn’t make an online appt. because they were not open. I enter at 9:59, have a 21 minute wait, wasn’t even greeted. We’ll see, last time I got down to 10 minutes and it went back up to a 28 minute wait.
