"Awful. Sent my son for a haircut and he had a woman cutting his hair who he said didn't speak English. She could not understand what he wanted and shaved his head on one side and left it long on the other. Ridiculous. I asked him why he didn't say something and he said he did but she didn't understand."

"They have the WORST customer service. Four hair cutters in the shop only two cutting hair. Their customer service gets no better. I will NEVER go here again. I left before my turn because it went from 26 minutes to 51 minutes. If I was the owner I would look in the mirror and fix this disaster. Give Sport Clips a very bad name. NEVER AGAIN."

"Haircuts have been nothing more spectacular then say a run of the mill, common, every street corner great clips. I can deal with that but it’s the service and tech that earned it a 1 Star. There app has let me down multiple times, the prior check in often does not work. As for service, you can make eye contact, you can wave your arms and the employees do what they can to avoid you. For as much as they charge ($27.00) you would expect Les Schwab service. Today I check in over an hour early per expected wait time, arrived on time, was not greeted but saw my name was ‘“on deck” meaning I was next. I sat down and waited patiently. Fast forward 30 mins, someone, who has not been working comes out, hits a button, deleted my name and calls the person after me. I stood up and asked politely why I was skipped. She proceeded to call the other gentleman’s name. Finally another employee came up front and I posed the same question to her, her response was did you check in? I stated yes, from my phone as I always try to do. Her response, now you have to check in on the computer too. Long story short, bridge burned, hour waisted, won’t be back."
